Contracting party

These terms apply to orders placed at myelega.com. The seller is Elega Trading L.L.C., commercial registration 123456, tax registration 987-654-321, registered at 14 Road 9, Maadi, Cairo 11431, Egypt.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when the order is confirmed: for cash-on-delivery orders, when the buyer is reached by telephone. Until then an order may be declined, including where a price or stock figure was shown in error.

Prices

Prices are in Egyptian pounds and are the final amount payable for the goods. Delivery is shown separately at checkout and added to the total. Prices may change at any time; the price that applies to an order is the one shown when it was placed.

Payment

Payment is taken in cash on delivery. The buyer pays the courier the full order total, including delivery, when the parcel is handed over. The goods may be inspected before payment and delivery may be refused, in which case no payment is due.

Delivery

Delivery is within Egypt only. Delivery windows on the logistics page are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to the buyer on delivery.

Cancellation and returns

An order may be cancelled at any time before dispatch by writing to us. After delivery the returns protocol applies and forms part of these terms.

Faults

Goods are sold as described. A faulty item is repaired, replaced or refunded. Natural change in materials, such as leather darkening, linen creasing and unlacquered silver toning, is not a fault.

Intellectual property

The Elega name, the Elega mark, the product photography and the text on this site belong to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt have jurisdiction.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The version that applies to an order is the one published when it was placed.
