Is payment taken before delivery?

No. Every order is paid in cash to the courier at delivery. Card payment is scheduled, not live.

Is there a fee for paying cash?

None.

Can the parcel be opened before paying?

Yes. A wrong parcel is refused and nothing is owed.

Why the call before dispatch?

To confirm the order and the address. Under a minute. It is the reason few parcels return undelivered.

Delivery

Cost and time?

75 EGP to Cairo and Giza in one to two business days. 125 EGP elsewhere in two to five, by governorate. Free over 3,000 EGP. The full table is in Logistics.

Why a landmark?

Couriers in Egypt navigate by landmarks. An order with one arrives more reliably than one without.

Delivery outside Egypt?

No.

Codes

Eau de parfum against extrait?

Concentration. Eau de parfum: 15 to 20 percent oil, six to eight hours on skin. Extrait: 25 percent and above, ten hours or more, applied in two touches.

Choosing without smelling?

The discovery set: three vials for 650 EGP, credited against the first full bottle.

Why does a code vary between bottles?

Natural materials, bought in small quantities. Batch variation is recorded on the batch card, not corrected.

Sizing

Shirt fit?

Relaxed. Between sizes, take the smaller: twice-washed linen holds its dimensions. Every apparel page carries a spec table.

Bracelet size?

Wrist measured snug, plus one centimetre. S 15 to 16.5 cm. M 16.5 to 18 cm. L 18 to 19.5 cm.

Care

Leather?

Dry storage. Let it darken. A neutral cream twice a year. No polish, no saddle soap.

The silver has darkened.

Within tolerance. The silver is unlacquered and tones where it meets skin. A soft cloth restores it.

Faults

It arrived damaged.
