Business days are Sunday to Thursday. Orders placed after 14:00 are picked the next working day.

Confirmation call
The mobile number on the order is called before dispatch. Two unanswered attempts across two days hold the order. Give a number that is answered.
Exact amount
Couriers carry no change for large notes. The total is on the confirmation email and the invoice.
Inspection
The parcel is opened before payment. A wrong parcel is refused. Nothing is owed.
Coverage
All 27 governorates of Egypt. No shipping outside Egypt.
Landmark
The checkout asks for a landmark near the address. Street addressing in much of Egypt is inconsistent; couriers navigate by landmarks. An order with one arrives more often than an order without.
Tracking
A message is sent when the parcel is handed to the courier. Any order can be checked in the order index with its number and email address.
Faults
Write to orders@myelega.com with the order number. A late parcel reported is a late parcel corrected.
